Personally I think the Lancer is the best AV weapon.

Go ahead and take it, I, and alot of other vanu would use the striker(or phoenix for that matter) over it.

Striker has alot of neat tricks to use with it!
Pheonix is uber crazy, see all the eople run away thinking it was NC coming when i was flying my pheonix! Lance, eh not that good, i use it against infantry to knock em back away from their advantages positions.

Have you ever tried the VS AA MAX? It's easily the best AA MAX. The sparrow (NC) comes close but it's still not as good IMO. And the TR is only good if you pratice enough with it and you can keep line of sight.

NC AA max is sooooooooooooo much better than vs aa max in actual practice. It is just so hard to keep the reticle on the reaver when they hit afterburners and dive for cover. With the NC max you just get lock once and it maintains even once the reaver is out of site.


I hate the phoenix, would never use one. Striker is nice but it lacks any signficant use vs infantry. Lancer is overall the best AV weapon IMHO.
