Friendly Enemies :D

ever be wakin along or something, and have an enemy that can easily creme you, but then they stop. send a /tell to you, and you two start chattin it up? heh. this happened to me twice.

1) im crouch walking (infiltrator) to a tower ready to cap it. when all of a sudden an NC MAX comes up behind me (with DL mind you ) stops, and says "Hi there" lol. then i replied back saying "go away. i need tower" then i put on surge and ran away. then he killed me. we started talking again and soon became friends, haha. very fun

2) another time i catch an enemy reaver in a warp gate. its him, vs 3 galaxies, 4 reavers and a maurader. i said "if you leave now, we'll spare you" then he said "be my friend" or sumthin similar to that. then we flew away together where he led me back to thier base and i got whomped. but still kinda cool

This afternoon when lag was very bad, I confronted an enemy and we opened fire on each other until we were both out of bullets. We just stood there, unsure of what to do next.

Then I remembered I had a knife and started stabbing him. Sheesh, like I would ever talk to one of those bastards!

yeah other day i had a black market weapon dealership going. We had some guys from each empire meet in a bubble, and we alternated hack ona tower so we could get our stuff. This one dude in particular Spence on the VS, actually sat there guarding me while i hacked the tower. An NC came up and he whomped him for me. Anywho we traded some lashers and hammers chainguns etc. a few hours later i saw him at a base way down south, and killed him with a reaver. Sent him a tell saying hey sorry bout that but i had to do it. Anywho next time hes on we're having a knife fight!

Once I saw a VS MAX.. I killed him, then noticed that his name was Blade. It kinda freaked me out, so I sent him a tell. We talked for a second.

A guy at the university where I work is a VS MAX too.. I talk to him about PS a lot.. does that count?

No but really, I've only had brief conversations with people.. Usually civil but sometimes they just want to whine at me or I want to whine at them .

A lot of times when I face off with another sniper who's in his nest and I'm in mine, it feels like a conversation. Almost like a duel I guess.

Yeah, that's happened to me a few times. I'm not going to name them all but, I'll explain one.


The barneys on Esamir were really being annoyinh and so I got a bright idea. I'd ask a random TR player to try and their squad to team up with my NC squad. Well, I finally got a person willing to help me and my squad. So, we set a meeting place. BIG MISTAKE!!! Her friends didn't like the idea and ran me and my squad over including her (the TR person trying to help us)

during some serisouly bad lag last ngiht i was out of ammo on all my guns and couldn't reload then some infil snuck up and we started knifing each other. finally when the server caught up 15 minutes later i died and it was Spacemanspiff who had killed me! so we chatted for a few minutes.

me: "hey, lucky you caught me when i cant reload from lag! "
space: "ya not too fair of me"
me: " nah it's cool. you are on PSU ya?"
him: "ya, name look familiar? "
blah blah...
