I know I WILL get called an idiot for this one but I need to get it out of my brain.
Ok Jumping out of a Galaxy is a cool feature, but to me it seems kinda stupid the way it's done now. Now any dude can jump out of a Gal or drive a vehical out of a gal and land on the ground with no real problem. To me that just kind of stupid that ANYONE can do that. That is why I would like to see kenetic dampers as a cert or an item that takes up space in the backpak or only have dampers in certian armors. As is, the dampers are just part of your armor, but the equipment actuly needed to get the damper to work would prabably be the size of a backpak its self.(as If I know how it works  )The point of this would be to add more specilization and diversity to the game by having airborn troops and ground troops. Because there is nothing like have the joy of hacking a base or tower just to see a few TR AV MAX landing softly on your base's roof and proceed to gun everyone in the courtyard down while you all run around screaming.

Eh... Even if only certain armors had kinetic dampers, it wouldn't stop people from hot dropping the way they do now. As is you can fall from 400 meters and still live (with very little health, but it is possible) So I'm sure no one would get the kinetic damper cert or restrict themselves to armors that have it, because they will bail over the base, take 15-20 damage, repair, and move on.
Galaxy drops are a part of the game, something the devs intended from the start. There are more ground troops than there are air troops as is.

Well that's my whole point. There's 2 different types of air drop. One from really high(were you need dampers to land) and one we're the gal just skims the ground and people jump out.

Yes, infact a Gal has landed on me before. I was clamped down in a MAX when I saw this shadow above me. By the time I unhooked from the ground, it was too late. Squish!

hey bud lay off that Idea its mine! Basicaly my idea is that we hire out to other outfits so they have more troops to acctualy fight. We provide the close air support and heavy lift transportation. Soon we wiil be carrying whole platons into battle on loadstars and saturation bombing facilities right before the drops. Basicaly we are an Airforce unit hehehe. Havnt started it up yet but if ur interested give me a PM itll only be a month or so and we will be under way. (NC guys) You must have experience in other flight simulators (we like to talk the talk so we wanna beable to communicate strait off)
