Does advanced targetting show cloakers?

It's odd...last night, I was able to see the name/health of a cloaker, without using darklight/adv targeting. We were near a friendly motion sensor, I'm guessing that's what did it. Anyone know if adv targeting does something similar? Been too long since I've used it to remember....

Adv targetting does nothing for stealthers unless you have DL on at the same time.
