Yes/No? If so.. do the vanu get some sort of laser sight, or low intensity burst for better aim?

They should also be color coordinated to represent the Empire that's doing the shooting. You know, I'd have to actually double check this, but it shouldn't matter what weapon you're using, such that a MiniChaingun (TR weapon) fired by an NC would have the NC tracer color.
