At the moment I have a set-up like this.
1.8 ghz processor AMD 512 mb DDR ram Gforce 4Ti200 Cable-connection 512 kb What I want to know is if I will be able to run Planetside at least decent. I've been really hyped about the game but I'm not really sure if I have the specs to play it. I bet you understand my doubts because no one likes to shell out 40$,- for a game that won't run well. Anyone that has something close to this set-up that has the game running pretty good? I will be upgrading my computer around October, so I will get the game at some point anyway, it's just that I really can't wait, so I'm hoping that I will be able to run it on my current hardware. Any input would be appreciated. |

You can play it now defintely. You will not be able to crank up any AA or AF and you will have to keep in game textures, shadows, distance, etc all low. But overall it should be ok. Another 512 of ram would be very helpful.
Also if your card is 128 and not the 64 you will be even better of. If it is the 64, it'll still play but during big fights may get some bad slow down. |
