Crash to desktop, lost window size/placement and macros

Hello,

I keep crashing to the desktop, and when I return my radar and chat window sizing and placement is lost. Also, every once in a while when I crash like that my macros assigned to F keys are erased. In their place will be assigned the icons for implants I don't even have. When I leave the game correctly and return, my chat and radar windows are still lost.

Can anyone tell me the file I need to delete to reset my character profile settings like window size and placements? It seems mine is nuked, and I cannot find it by searching the files. There isn't any file that readily stands out as one would expect from games like EQ where it would have the character name a part of it.

Does anyone else crash like this? Many people in my group of friends are having the problem!
