Installed the game last weekend and I can't use the /t function to talk to someone directly. I've tried with my firewall off and with various settings on the default talk channels (squad / local etc). I'm positive I'm typing the command followed by a space followed by the persons name correctly.
The other odd thing is that when people try to use /t to contact me they get a message along the lines of "this person isn't online"???
Also, last night every time I used VNR to get a need repair message, it kept coming out on /squad talk even though I had my default chat settings on local. All very odd.
Am I just being a balloon head and the answer is obvious?
The only thing worth adding is that I used Hex workshop to alter the training file that is bugged at the dropship mission one, so that I could complete the training missions. I can't imagine this is the cause though?
Any thoughts?
