Cannot Connect to Login Server...greaaaaaat

After changing my subscription info to play PS (I was using the 7-day trial key previously), any attempt at connecting has failed. The Launchpad works, evrything up to the Connect at the startup of PS works. But, after allowing my PC to idle on shutdown and restarting numerous times, this problem still arises.

Any help?

Cancel your SOE account and start a new one. Just my opinion

Edit: Ok don't cancel your old one just start a new one and see of that works.

Problem with that is that my CD key is being used on my current one, so thusly I can't start a new account...

Can you get in to the launchpad chat? Ask there. Theres almost always a CSR there...mind you the only half decent ones that i have come accross are the one head guy, forgot his name but its like xxxxx-HeadCSR
