invalid key???

id really like to play this game.. but apparently the key that i was given is invalid already?? wtf! what am i supposed to do? please help!


edit... i do a direct copy and paste.. so there are no possibilities for errors that i am aware of.

You cannot enter the key as is, you must not include the spaces.

Enter it with all the characters, but without the spaces in between.
