Advanced targetting is the best

it uses virtually no stamina, and is amazing for prioritising targets

You can do without surge , but Darklight vision is invaluable

darklight as saved myself from stealthers so many times, it's also funny to see stealthers just siting in the corner right after u hacked a base er tower hopin no one will see them
