Silence!!

In the latest patch i have gotten a message saying "you have been silenced by a CSR. You cannot talk" then i am silenced for a few mins so i cant talk......This has happened a few times now, and is rather annoying. Example: when my squad asks where to go i cant tell them.
Has this bug happened to anybody else?

FYI- i dont sware, so i dont know why they would silence me....

Though it may seem ridiculous, maybe it's because you have a common name? There are so many Vash the Stampede name variants, who knows.

ive had the same bug, i got very angry when i first noticed and was going to go scream at some 1 then it disapeared

Maybe cos my name is very common

I use "Madcat" and i know theres a "MadcatD" so its possible theres a MadcatA-C as well and maybe they are complete twatty annoying people that need kicking upside the head.

and theres a swear filter so any 1 offended by your swearing is an idiot cos they havent got their swear filter on.

My SL last night (Brashin) also got the same message. We thought it was just because he was respawning at the time he tried to send the message. I guess that wasn't the case.

it only happened to me when i was respawning... but i was never able to talk when i spawn

You should only get this while you are respawing. You cannot talk while respawning.

I've not seen this happen to me yet. But I have a unique name that no one else has used, so far, to this date. So I don't know. I did notice that filter now works, to which I turned it off, cause I don't care about swears.

LOL just kidding, I don't know, my outfit uses ventrillo so unless my wife is sleeping I don't type much anymore. Good luck on it though.
