I entered my account cd-key and guess what, it says it already registered. I played a 7-Day Trial on the same account and maybe it is conflicting? Or does it have to do with the customer service being down? I have looking forward to playing the game for such a long time, and now it's such a disappointment.

You bought the game and the cd key is already used? Take it back. Contact support..but its kind of down :/

If you used the CD Key for the 7-day trial, you should be able to just log in under your username you created. You shouldn't need the CD-Key again.
