How do you regulate your gamplay?

How do you regulate the amount of time you play? Is it your parents that dictate when it's time to log off? Your girlfriend/wife? Do you play till you drop? Do you log off due to urgent work? Or do you have perfect self control when it comes to pside, and play set amount of times? When the times up, its goodbye squad, your on your own.

Parent Reglation examples:
Set times by parents.
Moaning at you to log off.

GF/Wife/husband/bf regulations:
Moaning at you to log off.
Logging off becasue you want to spend time with partner.

Playing till you drop:
Till you eyes/hands/arms/head etc hurts
Till you get tired
Till your totaly drunk
Till you get pissed off
Till you get bored

Urgent work would include:
The fact you've left an essay till the last minuite
Your job.

Self control:
You can take or leave planetside. Even if your needed, you know when its time to log off and say goodbye. No matter how much your team begs, you say sorry, but got to go and make your excuses.

I play when I want and stop when I don't feel like playing anymore. It's not an addiction for me. If I feel like playing PS then I do. If not I'll go do something else.

I get most of my playtime in the mornings before I go to work, so usually when I log it's because I have to jump in the shower and get ready. The reason I don't play as much at night is because my girlfriend is always craving my attention.

Thanks to the Pros and Coms program at our particular federal facility, me and the boys get to play as long as we finish mopping the floors and between shakedowns. One of the guards is even a NC! If I beat him he threatens to whip out his jackhammer, but he's a good sport and takes it out on the Vanu three cells down.

A lot of us got tattoos of our empire logos. After a good beating the Vanu here always turn purple (inside joke). Yup, video games and home-made syringes. That's what regulates my playtime.
