Hardware accelertation

Damn forgot the spelling but anyway. Where is that little box that gives you the option for Hardware acceleration to go from eg. None ||||||||| Full ?

I've completely forgotten and I want to play Halo!

Its for 3d hardware acceleration. With it off or low you can't do much 3d. Windows 2003 server actually has it turned off by default, along with AGP texture acceleration.

You have to have it at full though on window 98 for video cards or it overrides it and starts using the hardware again til you put it back. Might be because i cant fully turn off my haardwar on this comp?
