Alright, I'm playing an Inf for now and I've got point blank AMP ambushes down pat. But I'm having real issues with the knife.
Seems to me it should work this war Stab (primary attack) charge(secondary attack) Stab (Primary attack) But it looks like I'm doing the same damage every time. Shouldn't I do more after charging up? |

Try right-clicking the mouse and turning on the secondary mode right before you attack. Charging doesn't do shit, this isn't D&D where you can get an extra few damage points for a declared charge.
Oh- and try Melee Booster implant. It drains 10 stamina per hack, which is WAY off balance considering you can run around for hours with surge and agile/reinforced armor on, but it does an assload of damage (at least it used to). |

The melee infiltrator is great but not very effective until BR18, at least in my opinion. In addition to having melee boost, I consider surge and darklight essential. In my melee infil I carry no weapon except for my knife (I really use it as a support setup with a rek, cud, BANK and medical applicator with a canister of medical juice because I play adv med) so I have to run from enemy infiltrators. It also helps when you screw up knifing someone if you can make a very quick get away.
