MAX and outfit

hi. before i am buing the game i would like to know what is MAX and outfit?
instead opening so much thread in forums is there any guide that i can learn from hem before buying ther game?

A MAX is a massive piece of armor with big guns on it. they are used as heavy infantry support. the only weakness they got is they are slow (unless in run mode but then you can't fire) and are big easy targets indoors for a decimator (SA Missle launcher). an outfit is like a squad except even after you log off you'll still be in it.

Most people would say "Hell no!", and it isn't a necessity in any way, but I got it because I wanted the complete game.. $30 is a very steep price for this expansion, which would have been better served seeped out for free via the launch pad.

But if you've got $30 to spend that won't make too big a dent in your wallet, and want full access to the game, sure. Go ahead.

can i fly aircrafts with a joystick?

edit:
i heard in movies that u can use voice communication.. but when i checked the oficial manual at oficial site there is no mention to voice except voice macros..
what is voice macro?

how can i get a higher rank? (to use better wepaonsd etc.)

The voice thing don't bother with anything in game except the macros. the ingame voice comms are worthless use a third party system (TeamSpeak of Ventrillo) the way you gain rank is by killing people. but when you first start head to the VR simulator you wil adv 2 or 3 BattleRanks in there. just by trying out vehicles and equipment. the way you gain more weapons or vehicles or support equipment is through cert points you get them by gaining battleranks.

There is a voice system, but its not that great. 3rd party apps do it better.

No flying aircarft with a jostick is inadvisable. They aren't realy planes as much a helecopters. And the mouse lets you be much more accurate

Outfits are always happy to invite you into them. Or, you can get a squad of 10 people without an outfit, and then create your own.
