character can't send or recieve tells

my second character on Werner (Candle) can't send or recieve tells, this has been happening since I created the character. my first character (Cand1e) is fine, no problens there (that is why I havn't included msinfo stuff). I have been /bugging it in-game since I created the character (a month or two ago)

btw, I would post this on the main forum - but it keeps on saying "blocked: anti-spam" (it doesn't look like spam to me!)

Have you checked to see that you have tells enabled in the "send" and "recieve" menus of the chat window?

it is not possible to disable tells.

This bug has been going around since server merge. Get a hold of a CSR in game and I do believe he can fix it.

Same problem with my Vanu character. Even the famous CR5 "danco" doesn't know what the problem is.

um danb fixed it in about 10 seconds all I did was send an appeal the problem is that u guys have a name that was deleted at one point.

Could you use proper punctuation Captain? I need to understand what you're saying. Otherwise I'm going to organise a little mutiny thing on the carrier.
