Looked like an English version of SNL or MadTV. It was so incredibly obvious that it was a spoof. The lack of subtlety might be why I didn't like it very much.

OH Jeffrey(sounding slightly drunk) have you got one?
(screen of the cow putting hand to forehead)
(screen back to the door now it's opening)
(big bear walks out with a hammer and hitting block in his hands)
Bungles: oh i've got it in(hitting noise as he hits hammar to block)
Cow: ah eh hae allo bungles
Jeffrey: Ah hello Zippy Hello George
oh hello we're going to be talking about playing to day
