The gun katas. Through analysis of thousands of recorded gunfights, the Cleric has determined that the geometric distribution of antagonists in any gun battle is a statistically predictable element. The gun kata treats the gun as a total weapon, each fluid position representing a maximum kill zone, inflicting maximum damage on the maximum number of opponents while keeping the defender clear of the statistically traditional trajectories of return fire. By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. The difference of a 63% increase to lethal proficiency makes the master of the gun katas an adversary not to be taken lightly. |

Interesting side note though: I found out people from Looking Glass Studios are making it. That brings much hope to my heart.

System Shock, System Shock 2, Thief series, Terra Nova and other very good and very memorable games. Looking Glass was finally taken down by, ir I remember correctly, about 3 major financial issues hitting them at the same time. There's a good website out there dedicated to them that has a pretty through history of them if you're interested. It's actually a kinda neat, if a little depressing, behind the scenes look at how the business side of making games works. *Edit*Link to article Viper- Irrational Games was founded by a former Looking Glass employee and in fact worked with Looking Glass in the making of System Shock 2, which is one of the best FPS games ever made imo. Since Looking Glass went under they have taken on a number of former Looking Glass employees. I actually had no idea that Irrational was making it before today (tells you how closely I've followed it thus far  ). Now that I do, I find I have much hope for T:V.

Playing Freedom force right now actually. It actually kind of reminds me of the Superhero thing on Dexter's Lab. It's hit on just about every cliche from comic books ever so far
