no they are tweaked, not striped, they contain everything that the Stock has + some somtimes. They change options in the registry and other things to make the card perform differently

Read This Omega Vs. DNA Article. Now I realize, these are Catalyst drivers being compared here, not Detonator, but as you can see in the article, it appears that Omega surpasses DNA. Also it was discovered that DNA actually plagurised (copied) Omega's work, so ethically, DNA is in the doghouse. I'd really suggest the Omega drivers, I've been using them for years. I've used them on my old GeForce 3 card, and I use them on my Radeon 9800 PRO. They are simply the best. Forget DNA, go with Omega.
