What's to doubt? Look it up. It approached 40% at it's highest points, which is ridiculous enough. The Lasher is in uncharted territory at the moment.

I find the br15+ and br20 stats even more revealing since these are the long term empire players that are in outfits. I think you can safely use these stats to rule out casual empire players.

BR 15+ HA
VS: 63.4
TR: 53.8
NC: 41.5

BR 20 HA
VS: 71.9 (!)
TR: 61.7
NC: 47.3

Yup and check out the SA cert of the TR/NC versus the VS, more SA in the former empires. Seems the TR/NC are certing Thumpers to deal with Lashers.
