I was thinking, cavern locks have made modules somewhat redundant. While they're still good fallbacks for when you lose the lock, they need something to make them valuble, as well as the locks.
Global module benefits are globally affecting empire benefits for holding certain modules at your bases. Health -Increases maximum soldier health by 2 percent. Only 10 health mods will be counted for this effect. -Stacks with the SOI-based health increase Pain -Increases the damage of all base turrets by 10 dmg per module. Maximum of 10 counted. Speed -Increases speed of vehicles by 1 kph per module, maximum of 15 recoginzed Equipment - Decreases MAX buy time by 5 second per module, Maximum of 10 modules recognized. - Stacks with SOI version. Vehicle - Decreases vehicle buy time by 10 seconds, maximum of 5 modules recognized. - Stacks with SOI-based version. Shield - Increases maximum charge of vehicle shields by 10 damage points per module. Maximum of 10 Modules recognized. These may be too steep. Thoughts?
