Its not using the 3.0 Unreal Warfare but it is using a new engine that looks great as you can see:

Its not Unreal 3.0, but the Unreal Warfare is the most optimized and one of the best looking game engines out. It has powered to many games to name and provided physics for countless other. Not to mention alot of UT is open source

I got a Athlon 2700+ and a Geforce 4 Ti 4800 under the hood, every game runs fine.
