yes, but more effective to stick a couple of bigger inflow/outflow fans into your case. Trust me on this one, I've read articles in which this has been tested.

I also forgot to mention that my mac mobo's fried shortly after I spilled soda on it. And your right bigger inflow/outflow fans are better not to metion slower rpm which means it isnt as loud.
