One of the greatest rushes in the game is hotdropping onto the top of a heavily contested base (inconspicuously) with two or three buddies and being a pain in the butt to snipers on the battlements by shooting them in the backs when they are behind cover. The other night me and two non-squad TR kept hotdropping onto an NC base, shooting it up, dieing, calling up another mossie, and repeating. I believe it was JakeLogan and some other guy from SOL NAVY. One had a thumper, i had a cyclar, and the other had a punisher possibly. Anywhoo, good fun.

Ugh, this annoys me to no end. The CR5 killwhores do this ALL the time. It's a 3 step process, 1:Get mossy 2:Drop on congested enemy base 3:Get as many kills as possible and die.

i did that all the time when i had mossy. but i use enforcer now.

Ugh, this annoys me to no end. The CR5 killwhores do this ALL the time. It's a 3 step process, 1:Get mossy 2rop on congested enemy base 3:Get as many kills as possible and die.

Probably because it's effective as well as garners good kills.

Dropping from Aircav onto enemy bases halts a few people that start to look for you, or if you drop on the vehicle pad at a base, you can cut the queue down a little bit.

Also helps to let you look around with that wonderful, rotating 3rd person view while you're dead so you don't have to spam /comxx with questions.

yeah thats fun , tower drops are better though
