Yep ok here are the instuctions and files:

http://mbnet.fi/elixir/Version-Fix.reg
http://www.thelostparadise.com/files/DX9.0c.zip

1. Download all 4 and place on your desktop
2. Boot into safe mode and run:
a.The aplication named DX-9.0c.exe
b.The application named DX-9.0c-Hotfix.exe
c.The Reg file Version-Fix.reg
In that order.
3.Restart(regular or safe mode)
4.Extract DX9.0c.zip
5.find the install batchfile
6.run it
7.restart
