I get this error when I run Defrager.

"MMC failed to initialize because it was installed incorretly or because a portion of the registry has become corrupted. Make sure the file Mmcndmgr.dll is registured by running 'regsr32 %SystemRoot%\system32\mmcndmgr.dll' "

can someone help me with this? I MUST defrag my harddrive.... its goin slow and stuff. Thanks!

yikes - it's not the defrag utility that isnt working here, it's mmc (microsoft management console)

step one: get your windows cd and run a repair.

repair? does that mean i have to wipe my memory from my harddrive? if so im not gettin on PS no more cause the patches are so big lol.

no, repair does not involve wiping your ... erm... memory from your harddrive.
it's a repair operation.

oh ya i did do the thing it told me to do, it said it couldnt find file even though i checked it and it was there...
