Is it possible for a driver to get a sunderer/thunderer whatever vehicle and park it and then get another and park that too and so on.

Probably not but it would make for a good defensive barricade if u just occupied gun slots.

Vehicles, when they lose their owner (as in getting a new vehicle, leaving the continent or the game), deconstruct after 15 minutes if not taken control of by someone else. The vehicle can also be hacked by enemy forces and used against you.
