Service Pack two is out!


DL from microsofts site or www.guru3d.com there are bound to be many more mirrors as well

it seems to be working good so far

It also includes DX 9.0c

I heard that the first release was meant for mulitple computers (businesses, companies) and that thier would be a second release for personal home computers. It would show up on your auto update when it's released.

D/l'd and burned a copy. Just in time, since got a new 250 maxtor i need to install windows on. Hope this final is more stable than the beta's they had a month ago.

I installed it last night, now I can't even reach the log on screen. It BSOD's right before it.

Strygun had some good advice in the Lounge. ALWAYS Wait at least a month before downloading a new Service Pack.

Indeed... microsoft doesnt have the best track record with the launches on these things...
