There are 2 songs that have that sort of effect on me, and its not really because of the song either.

The Cure - Lovesong
Blink 182 - I Miss You

Those 2 songs sorta had special meaning to me and my ex-gf when we were dating. I guess you could call them "our songs". Now in case you haven't heard me go on one of my rants in IRC, I loved the girl very dearly and then she left me after a 15 month relationship, saying she just didn't have feelings for me anymore. A few weeks later she was sleeping with another guy. I was emotionally tore up pretty bad and I still have a few issues concerning the whole thing even today... despite how badly she hurt me, I still can't help but miss her and get a bit misty when I hear either of the songs. I know, I'm a big softie.

Joni Mitchell, especially "Both Sides Now" and "River".
