Ok here it is, I'm too lazy to post in idealab...
Anyway, so you guys are fighting, and its a major inside the base war,
and OH NOES the Gen is gone! Complete darkness, save a few emergency red lights.
Now this war has entered a whole new stage, near pitch black fighting!
You'd have to rely on your keen sense of hearing (aka speakers)
and the dim spooky glow of the red emergency lights!!
And whenever bullets went off, or any kinda of indoor weapon(save ACE)
then it would make a small range flash of light!

think of how AWSOME that would be!! EH? EH!?!

Good in thought, many people wanted this. Go to Ishundar, drive your vehicle at night. No lighting dynamics = bad.

Playing when you can't see kind of sucks. That's why I crank m gamma up all the way in Planetside, so that even at night on Ishundar or other dark continents I can always see VS soldiers and such. I'm sure my gamma alteration would defeat your dark base interiors too.

Would be fun, it already happens sometimes when my screen goes black in certain areas of the bases.

PS used to have a nighttime, that's why the vehs have headlights. But they got rid of it for some reason.

Dynamic Lighting was laggy, not to mention severely limited.

yea that happnes 2 me as well and i was wondering if that was some kind of glich or just some kind of lagg

and y ,when ur are hacken a base, the main control consel says that u cant acess it but when u own a base theres not even a sign, Y IS THAT THERE THE MAIN CC DOS NOTHING

I dont think it would suck.. besides this is only inside and I guess it would have to be rare of something.
