I have a 32 year old friend, I'm 20 so he has a few years on me
 , everytime I telling him somthing and it involed an "older" person I say something like, "and the guy was really old, he had to have been like over 30 or somthing." He just tells me to shut up.

Here is what I think we should do to select a moderator. We need to keep this from being a popularity contest.
1. In a new thread, everyone who is nominated should state why they should be voted in. 2. In a second thread, Hamma and the admin team posts three scenarios, and the candidates reply with what they would do. 3. In a third thread, people shoot questions at candidates and they answer back, and also comment on each other's ideas/problems. 4. Voting: Polls open for a week. Voting must be by actual post, not poll thread, because those are easy to tamper with- just create multiple accounts and shift the polls. Nobody who hasn't been here for at least 2 weeks can't vote. 5. The person who gets the most votes wins. In case of a tie, there is a run-off between the people who tied. 6. The moderator team then votes to approve- 50% of vote required to pass. I.E. "Do you want X as a moderator?" 7. At any point in time, the admins may declare someone unable to run or win if they don't like someone.
