I dont think you can shot out tires but you can hit the tires. It takes off from the max hit points of the vehicle, and blows up when the hit points are depleted.

Well, since there is no region specific damage I'd assume not.

Well considering the game takes place in the future, they would probably have a soulution for blown tires by then. They could just use tires like on the moon rover, which don't have air because if air filled tires were exposed to the low air pressure of the moon they would explode. Considering they did that in the 60's (or was it 70's) I think by the time this game takes place they would have found a way not to ever get a flat tire.

id doubt it...

if they could do that, then you could probably blow peoples feet off too. which would be fun, but not likely...

We dont need the future for that solution. Many new cars support and auto flat fix. I know the newest Audi is one. Once a flat is detected, it tells the driver and then somehow fixes it. Ill assume through some sort of rapidly harding gel thats detonated inside the tire.

Yes whens theres a flat, the tyre fulls up with that hardening foam filler stuff and allows you to carry on driving untill you can replace the tyre. Lots of new cars have it installed.
