Just in case you haven't seen these:
JBmod, brings the physgun back into game with extra features (read the faq/manual) and Garry's mod, also has physgun and many other things. two screenshots of what you can do with this are below. [img=http://img60.exs.cx/img60/5817/gmconstructwhite00028rz.th.jpg] [img=http://img60.exs.cx/img60/5865/gmconstructwhite00034pc.th.jpg] JBmod is very good for building things from items in the level, and Garry's mod is good for making mini-cars, posing ragdolls for screenshots, and other things.
