What the title says. When i'm d/ling, anything, even if its an update or d/ling off its own program, at random locations either 1/4 way done or 3/4 and once at the last 3 seconds (omg that pissed me off
 ) the d/l will just freeze and wont d/l anymore. I want to know what is most likely causing this and how i can be fixed. if its some sort of virus then shit.
