planetside free for a year,

what happened with this? i read articles all over the place about the "cannon fodder" program letting people play up to br6 for free for a year, but that was supposed to happen middle of last month. did this get canned or is it still in the works? i can't get on the official forums any more as my trial expired...

Freaking Killer Dude! I can not wait! BTW I'm getting a new LCD that will be runing 1280x1024 rez does anyone here use that rez and what do you think of it? right now I am useing 1024x768

They still haven't release Fodderside yet, they've announced it fo'sho, but not follow through yet.

They love announcing things, they just don't like to do them.

Remember when they announced outfit owned bases and outfit competitions? They announced the loadstar a couple months after release, but it didn't show up in game till a year later.

I wonder if all these CE upgrades are smoke and mirrors too.

I think 1280x1024 is the best rez in the game. The only thing worth using above it is 1600X1200 and that makes the text to small.
