Update: The new site is up and running. Check it out here. Some of the new features include Wallpapers, new pictures of the vehicles, new armor pictures and the corresponding inventories, along with a new "World Map" that is not fully operation until release. They also have put up a freshly updated manual on how to play the game. In preperation for release, PlanetSide.com is completely overhauling their old site. The new site is going to be chock full of information and features. Here is a bit of what Victor "SporkFire" Wachter, the community relations representative for Planetside, had to say about the new site:
