FPS Problems Warning

I received a few emails today regarding the FPS problem that's in Planetside right now. A few people have apparently created a program that will fix the problems by editing a file in the Planetside directory. Some people have reported it as a working fix, however, we suggest that you do NOT use any programs or fixes made by anyone other than SOE. Check back to PSU and to the official website often for more information.
