Sporkfire has posted the Weekly Development Activitys for this week:

Players will no longer spawn in invalid locations within an AMS cloak bubble. Fixed an issue where players take no damage when shot at point blank range by certain weapons.
The Video Options UI now has a toggle for animation culling.
Vehicles and players will no longer take damage when a player is dismounting and a gunner is firing.
