For some time AGN has needed a new spark and some new content. We have our monthly Community Night and Ask The Devs sessions, but we always wanted it to be more. Considering the time involved, Marsman and I cannot do it ourselves. So, there are several changes coming to AGN. The normal monthly interviews will remain the same, but the AGN website will be phased out as it was cluttered and generally unused.
The biggest change involves you, the community. We are looking for new talent in the form of Shoutcasters (DJs) to take the reigns of AGN during the week, to play requests, and even have live interviews (if they so desire) with members of the community. Have you ever wanted to be a bigger part of the community? Now is your chance to step up. Applicants should have the following experience:
- WinAMP and Shoutcast DSP
- Experience in IRC (Live Requests, ETC)
- Experience with Casting (Preferred, not required)
- Moderate PC Troubleshooting Skills
- Good Personality :P
