Anyhow here's hoping that's a proper PlanetSide sequel, I've a gut-feeling though that they're going to be using the engine from their PS3 "MMOFPS" MAG. I hope I'm wrong though, but I don't think they will ever do another MMO where they've to build an engine from scratch again. |

btw dont make fun of ps3 just yet as Planetside 2 could be a cross platform game. PS3 supports mouse and keyboard too. |

Awesome news!!
Does this mean I can finally stop wacking Orcs over the head and grinding levels and return to a proper MMO where I can complain that TR is underpowered and MAXs need buffs etc... Oh bring back the good old days - here's hoping for a perfect execution, plenty of content, alternative style subscription model (or tons of expansion packs), regular updates, great marketing and high performance engine all around! :P Hey, I can dream right? Be good to see everyone from the original game - quite intetested in playing the current version to the end of it's day if it becomes Windows Vista (and therefore hopefully Windows 7) compatible without a major hit in performance. |

Cry some more ***. Glad to see you jump right in to defend your console of choice despite there being no need too. It's an MMOFPS(ish) on a console, (and only one). That = fail in my book. I don't care which one it's on. Last edited by OneManArmy; 2009-10-04 at 06:51 PM. |
