They have cancelled 3 great shows this year. The Philanthropist, Southland, and Kings.
And that fuck head Jay Leno helped this happen. Philanthropist, and Southland were both slated at 10pm times, which of course would interfere with Leno's horrible show. Why do people still think he is funny? I think that him and NBC suck ass....holes. those sucky suck suckers. |

The hosts and casts of these shows know that if their show doesn't become one of the best show on the entire network, they are at risk of being cancelled. That is how it works in the television business. Also, I think it is funny that a Jay Leno advertisement popped up after your post.

It's google Ad sense. And I'm sure NBC put in a shit load of money to promote Jay Leno's show.
I understand how the TV business works. My sister is apart of it. It just kills me that reality tv is more exciting to people. It's mind numbing. |

I wish all but live tv was ondemand. There are a lot of shows I would watch but get bumped because I am watching something else during it's time slot. Like a lot of people, I catch up on what I miss with Hulu and the network sites, but because they aren't watched when the show aired, it kills their ratings.

What the fuck NBC cancelled Southland?
Last I read it was moved to Fridays but still active which really in the end is the deathbed for shows anyway. I second that though NBC totally blows. I wanted to give the Leno show a chance so I watched the first episode and saw that it was exactly the same fucking thing as his original show only it blew more. NBC has been dying for a long time, they have cancelled some totally stellar shows over the past few years. For example I loved Vegas, I thought it was a good show and it had some nice pieces of ass on it.. cancelled. West Wing was one of my favorite shows on TV at the time.. gg's. Fuck NBC. Edit: The most fucked up thing of all is there are actually 6 shows that were produced but never aired: http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/hr/...e37914c2328d1a How fucking ridiculous is that? Looks like they are shopping it to another network now.

Saturday night is the true death bed for shows. You can still pull in 6-7 million on a Friday night. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday are the true prime time nights.
I really hope TNT picks up Southland. It really is a good drama. I know that there are a ton of cop dramas out there, but Southland is different. it's not a fucking spin off of Law and Order or CSI. |

I'm still waiting for a merger between CSI and Survivor...that be a sweet reality show.... On subject now, NBC sucks. Personally I dislike their sunday night football routine too, very commercialized I think...

So this is the list of the shows.
Law and Order Law and Order: SVU Law and Order: Criminal Intent Law and Order: Trial by Jury (lasted 1 season, thankfully) CSI CSI: New York CSI: Miami CSI: Los Angeles (I swear I saw an advertisement for this) NCIS (same shit, different name) How the fuck can people watch the same show under 3 different names. They might as well make the original 3 hours long. |
