I have to disagree. It was mentioned in the DEV shoutcast that if your espawn and there is no equipment terminal active you will have to run arround in your standard armor with just a pistol.

you had best hope you have a locker
my only question is if you can store a tank in your locker, can you store a galaxy in it? I doubt it, but could you see a base getting hit, then 4-5 Galaxys and air cover just show up? I dont think that you will be able to store a tank at all in your locker in the end though, that would be goofy, and let you have galaxys/huge tanks anywhere, jsut get them at the sanct and use them after you drop pod over somewhere that you cant build them from....

I was always under the impression you had to go to a vehicle terminal and it appeared there. Never heard of it appearing in your pocket, cause that's just rediculous, and putting a tank in your locker would be absurd. After all, lockers are inside, and from what I've seen of the narrow indoor corridors, you're not driving a tank out of there.

The favorite setups probably are used when you walk up to a terminal. That way they keep people from spawning with stuff when they're not supposed to, e.g. when the terminal has been destroyed.
Another possibility would be only allowing the respawn favs when a nearby terminal is online; however, this seems like excessive coding and little time gained to me.
