I role play, but yes that:
"Where you from?" "Base-435 in sector 7" "lol funny, but seriously" "Base-435..." "Ok Fine, #@$%#" Would piss be off cause everyone knows there is no Base 435 in sector 7, yeesh. Role-playings Fun, but yes, whilst thou beth fragging the foeth (I know to many th's) its not needed, and this is space, so why are we all talking with British accents if we are in space and there is no Britain? (5 kudos points if you know where thats from) |

First of all this game is called a MMOFPS and not a RPG. Second point is that this whole game is completely about combat, there's no economy and if I understand it correctly there aren't even NPC's. The characters we have are all stupid military people so that would rule out any intelligent conversation.. Except for perhaps commanders or something.
But I will try to use a persons character name when working together not just his/her nick. And I'm gonna use phrases like "Cover me, I'm going in" instead of "Oh man he's gonna get pwned by my 1337 cs zkillz". But then thats far from real roleplaying. @Dio : yes thats what i mean, short in-character conversations between combat. Also speaking to my superiors would be nice Or my own slaves in the field of course (if I have any) |
