Gameinformer Article spurs co-workers

So, I brought my recent edition of GI into work yesterday, and got as many people as I could into the "know" on PS2. Some hadn't heard about it at all and were floored. I also.. kinda suggested they come join the fun here. We'll see if that happens.

Spread the word folks, it's the best way to get excitement up.

My obsession with refreshing PSU for a scrap of new information is pretty much a running gag at my office, as is the way I advertise PS2 as the best thing to happen since the Internets.

Unfortunately, even though everyone at my work is a gamer (since we're kinda in the business), most are console gamers, but I think I got every PC gamer here on the "I'll give PS2 a shot as soon as it's out" bandwagon.

Lol yeah I preach about this game every chance I get. Even have a couple console gaming friends of mine considering it.

Yeah, I've been spamming (not annoyingly) my PS information sticky everywhere I can. I've got one person jumping to play it, about ten veterans interested ("I loved the first I can't believe they're making a sequel"), and a few new blood.

Everytime someone I know mentions another FPS and he doesn't know about ps2 I tell him about it & link the trailer. Also, when there's news on PSU I link them to irc

They need to make something like this in PS2 so I can link it to people. Their current teaser is very "so what?" to the average gamer atm

I was just reading on the game informer website about planetside 2. one comment said this

"Is it just a bunch of multiplayer matches or do you explore and kill any opposition or what?"
