Reminds me of how the medic in Global Agenda had bio-styled weaponry and could harm just as they could heal.

Perhaps bio-style weaponry that is charged by healing...

heal 500 points of health, get a single shot poison gas grenade. nah, this is a gay idea...

Anything i come up with to legitimise this will be scraping the bottom of the barrel.
