Can't wait until they develop pingless internet, because that is when I'm going to seclude myself on an abandoned island with nothing but my computer, a steady power supply, internet, shelter, and food to last me the rest of my life.

Unreasonable I know, but it will probably happen someday. I mean, we're so close to nanobots and everyone knows that's when we'll have cured all the woes of man, since Nanobots will be able maintain the body, essentially immortality, can create anything, food included, by rearranging atoms, and their fucking tiny robots. If that's not cool, society sucks even more than I thought.
