I think it's fair to say there are a few things that I go 'um, okayyyy' and I'll wait and see... regardless of that.
I am looking forward to: Outfit mates returning Outfit events The new mossie I am not looking forward to: Self gunned prowler

I am looking forward to:
*Seeing my old outfit mates again. We are all planning on making a return. *Looking forward to the New Hex territory map. From the little I read it sounds like it will be a great addition to the game. *Looking forward to the giant battles to come. *Looking forward to the new resource system. *looking forward to any and all new information on gameplay. *NC takeover of all Auraxis I am not looking forward to: *Self gunned tanks as mention above. That is really disappointing IMO. * Skeptical about F2P...I just want to know some more info on it before I really make up my mind.

Circle strafing at high speed, while inverted, in my Scythe.
Oh, also almost everything else. What I'm really looking forward to is the return of those crazy massive battles where you could do whatever you wanted. See a need? Fill it. Want to play a specific role, no matter what your empire is currently in need of? That's fine too. Wanna mess around and do fuck all? Your empire won't suffer. Wanna change the tides of battle singlehandedly? There are plenty of chances for that too. Planetside was as interesting as you wanted to make it. With Planetside 2 looking to at least double the number of players on a continent, if not more, I can only imagine that the experience will be even better. Obviously the community is important as well, as is team work, but I feel that the greater responsibility for those are on the players themselves. Considering how well Planetsides team work did with limited in game support, I think PS2 is going to be fine. |

- Flying a Galaxy - Larger battles - Better graphics/visual design - Working together with teammates - Joining a like minded outfit Things I am not looking forward to: - Waiting for Beta.

Agree with you though.. the vehicle selection is a touch anemic.. 4 ground, 3 air. But, thats just release I guess. PS1 didn't have a huge selection at launch either. |

There is a lot I'm really looking forward to and a lot that I'm not, but I'm waiting to make any judgements before I actually see things in the game. Out of everything there are three things I can't wait to see, the vehicle physics, the day night cycles, and the bigger bases.
Overall I just can't wait to see this game come out and see the community from PS1 come back for what will hopefully be an amazing sequel. |

I'm just interested in the game in general. I'm SO glad its going to be free to play with cosmetic itemshop stuff. I think if I had to pick just one thing it would be to experience the epic massive battles over territory/bases like I remember in PS1.
Im wondering what theyll do with PS1.. perhaps make it f2p too so people with runescape computers can experience what a MMOFPS is? Who knows..!
