We have seen Screen shots of VS with a gun that looks very similar to the Pulsar, the devs have refereed to the VS MA as a Pulsar, and they kept the Gauss/Cycler (don't know why they would change the VS's). So I think its safe to put 2 and 2 together on this one even tho we have technically not been shown a gun that was labeled as a Pulsar.

I agree they should have different stuff, but the devs don't. In Higby's reply to the Bolt Driver thread he said the BD is NC only and that the other empires would get their own sniper rifle. The same was said in the Shotty thread (tho the shottys for all may have been on twitter), when LMGs were announced Higby said every side would have 1, and same with SMGs. So yes, every empire has a gun of every type. Each is slightly different per empire tho so its fits that empires theme.
Higby also said through customization you can make the TR sniper rifle similar to the NCs BD, but not exact. They are doing this so people who want to play NC while their outfit chose TR can play TR with them, and still be able to customize their weapons so they can also have an NC play style.

I was mainly focused on the guns, but yes they will have those this time as well. They will also probably show the VS one they talked about before during VS week.

This is just people being overly technical. MCG, JH. and Lasher are HA "WEAPONS", ARV and the Guass/Pulsar equivalent are LMGs. Both HA Weapons and LMGs will only be usable by the HA "CLASS". That is why they are seperated and labeled as such in my OP.

I'm assuming they are calling the "normal" forms of the guass/cyclers the carbines for now. Do you really need a regular version, an LMG version, an SMG version, a Sniper version, AND a Carbine verison? I was mainly trying to show that these weapons are ES and each faction will have a gun of the same type.
